  • Yes. All our frames are available with either non-prescription or prescription lenses.
  • You can enter your prescription in the dedicated menu while placing your order.
  • Yes. You can use details from almost any optician, as long as your prescription is complete and correct.
  • We recommend using an eye test that is no more than a year old. You remain responsible for supplying the correct prescription.
  • If you have an iPhone, you can measure your PD easily with the PDCheck AR app. If you still have the figure from an earlier pair of glasses or eye test, you can use that too.
  • Our frames are mainly made from high-grade acetate. Some models also use TR90.
  • Yes. All our lenses come with an anti-reflective coating as standard.
  • Yes. All our lenses come with a scratch-resistant coating as standard.
  • Yes. You can choose blue light lenses while placing your order.
  • Yes. You can choose photochromic lenses that adapt to the light.
  • Yes, multifocal lenses are available too.
  • Absolutely. Our frames are designed for everyday comfort and long-term wear.
  • Yes. Almost all our frames suit both women and men.

  • Delivery takes two to three weeks on average.
  • We make every pair to order, which avoids overproduction and needless waste. Each pair is assembled with care and thoroughly checked before it leaves us. For prescription glasses, the lenses are also ground and fitted specifically to your prescription. Quality takes a little time, but it is worth it.
  • Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders.
  • Yes, we ship worldwide.
  • Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking link, as soon as one is available. Please note that it can take a little while before the link becomes active.
  • Because orders go into production quickly, they cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.
  • Standard glasses can be returned within 14 days. See our return policy for the full conditions. Prescription glasses are made especially for you and cannot be returned.

  • Once we have received and approved your return, we process the refund within 14 days.
  • We offer a two-year warranty on manufacturing defects. If a product fails because of a manufacturing defect, we will replace it within that period in line with our warranty terms.
  • If the mistake is ours — a production or processing error, for example — you will receive a new pair free of charge. If the prescription was entered incorrectly on your side, we are unfortunately unable to offer a replacement. So please check your details carefully before placing your order. Not sure?   • Contact us as soon as possible through our contact form and attach clear photos of the damage. We will sort it out for you as quickly as we can.
  • You can pay securely with iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
  • Your health insurance may cover glasses and lenses. Whether your purchase qualifies depends entirely on your insurer and the (supplementary) cover you have. We recommend checking with your insurer in advance.
  • Yes. Every pair comes with a case and a cleaning cloth.
  • Sustainability matters a great deal to us. We produce to order to avoid waste and make deliberate choices about materials and packaging. Read more about our approach on our responsibility page.
  • We do not have a physical location, so we are unable to carry out repairs. You can adjust the fit yourself by warming the temples gently and bending them by hand. See this video for how to do it.
