Creator terms

These terms apply to everyone who takes part in the Cledro creator programme (cledro.nl). Version: 26 October 2026.

1. Who can join

You live in the Netherlands or Belgium, you are 18 or older and you have a public TikTok or Instagram account with at least 1,000 real followers. Cledro decides who joins.

2. Your free glasses

Once approved, you get an €80 gift code for one pair of glasses: a frame with standard lenses, with or without a prescription. Extras, such as a blue light filter, are at your own cost. The glasses are yours; they can't be exchanged for money.

3. Content

Within 30 days of your glasses being delivered, you post at least 1 video on TikTok or Instagram (Reel) in which you wear your Cledro glasses and mention your code. Choose the platform where you're biggest. You share your own, honest experience. If we don't see your video within 30 days, the collaboration ends and your code stops working.

4. Disclosing ads

You always make it clear that the post is a collaboration, for example with #ad or the "paid partnership" label, as required by Dutch and Belgian advertising rules for influencers.

5. Use of your videos

You allow Cledro to use your videos and photos featuring Cledro on the website, on social media and in ads (such as TikTok Spark Ads and Meta partnership ads), for up to 12 months after posting and without extra payment. Where possible we credit your name or account. If you no longer want your content used in ads, email us; we stop running ads within 14 days.

6. Your discount code

You get a personal code that gives customers 10% off. The code can't be combined with other offers. You don't share the code on coupon sites and you don't run your own ads on the Cledro name.

7. Commission

You earn 10% of what the customer pays for products (after discount, excluding shipping) on every order placed with your code. Returned or cancelled orders and your own orders don't count. We pay monthly by bank transfer for orders whose return period has ended, from €10; a lower amount rolls over to the next month. Send us your name and IBAN for this.

8. Tax

Commission and the free glasses may count as income for tax purposes. You are responsible for your own tax return.

9. Ending the collaboration

You and Cledro can end the collaboration at any time by email. Commission earned up to that point is still paid out. In case of misuse, such as fake followers, misleading content or code abuse, Cledro may end it immediately without further payment.

10. Privacy

We only use your details for the creator programme, as described in our privacy policy.
